Refund Policy

1. Quality Assurance

If you receive food that is not up to our premium quality standards or is incorrect, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery for a resolution. We take quality seriously and will investigate every claim.

2. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been accepted by the restaurant. Once preparation has started, refunds are not possible as ingredients have already been committed. You can track the status of your order in real-time in the app.

3. Delivery Delays

While we aim for perfection, circumstances like extreme weather or heavy traffic may cause delays. If your order is significantly delayed beyond our estimated window, you may be eligible for credit toward your next order.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, etc.) within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
